Fire Fighter Nick Kalogridis recently completed his certification as an EMT. The four month program included segments on patient medication, securing of the airways and trauma incidents. Upon completion of the program Nick stated, “with taking my EMT certification I feel I am more prepared for any type of fire call we receive, and with my new abilities I can assist in many ways.”
Nick is a lifelong resident of Menands and completed his Fire Fighter One program in June of 2021.
